No Yeast Thick Crust Dough for Regular Oven

Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl. Add the water and stir in one direction until the ingredients comes together in one mass. On a clean and floured work area, knead until it has reached a good consistency to roll into dough rounds (about 2-3 minutes).
Tear the dough into two equal portions. If you are not yet ready to use your dough, you may wrap each portion in plastic and store them in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Otherwise, place dough on baking sheet and knead, stretch or roll to about ½ inch thick (or thicker if you like) with a thicker rim around the edge. Spread the oil over the top side of the dough using your hands or a basting brush.
