Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Recipe

Preheat the oven to 400º F.
Warm the milk in a saucepan to medium heat. Pour the milk into a medium bowl and add the yeast. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes. Once the mixture is foaming, add the cider vinegar and olive oil.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, and xantham gum well. Once thoroughly mixed, add the yeast mixture.
Place dough onto a lightly floured surface and sprinkle the cornmeal onto it. Roll it out to 1/8-inch thickness - thicker or thinner if you choose, depending on the crust style you prefer.
Transfer the dough onto a pizza stone. Bake until it is a light golden brown. Remove from the oven; add the tomato sauce, cheese, and preferred toppings! Bake again until the cheese has melted. Enjoy!
